was established to provide a comprehensive construction and
project management service to the self-build market in Ireland.
A relatively unique service in this form, it is our intention
to offer those embarking on their house project, a more
professional, client-focussed alternative to other methods currently
available and we will endeavour to illustrate that, at this
niche end of the building industry, our service is offered in
a thoroughly professional manner and in so-doing, provide our
clients with a real transparent and value-for-money alternative.
We offer design services from our RIAI-registered architect;
structural design, inspection, certification and project management
services from IEI-registered engineers; estimating, procurement
and cost-control Services
from SCS-registered quantity surveyors; and frequent and comprehensive
quality supervision from experienced construction managers.
All of the above services are provided in a single service agreement,
all working and being co-ordinated from the same base with the
entire process being managed by our project manager.
We comprehensively cover all aspects of the design, management
and build phases of every house project in a professional,
effective, efficient, collaborative and cost-effective manner,
ensuring that you benefit from the experience of the successful
completion of your own home, minimising your budget and timeframe
to optimum levels, whilst utilising our guidance and construction
management skills in the process.
If you are currently considering embarking on your own house
building project, anywhere in Ireland, we can offer you any
of our Services,
all of which can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
For example, you may already have your designs and drawings
completed and you may also have secured planning permission
and are now ready to consider taking on the build. On this basis,
and this scenario is the main source of our work, we can manage
the build phase only, of your project.
We will commit to completing your project, with your help, within
or before that timeframe achieved by employing a building contractor
and with the significant cost savings of taking on the project
as a self-builder, the only difference being that we will work
with you and for you through all phases whilst endeavouring
at all times to make the entire process and enjoyable and pleasant
